Clams Diamond Shell Whole in Shell 5kg/Fresh
The Diamond Shell is known by its sweet, fresh sea spray smell and clean "wild ocean" flavour. When cooked, the clam has a fresh, fragrant scent of seaweed, with a buttery, rich flavour and a very discreet nutty aftertaste.
The number of Clams per kg are approximately 20 - 35 pieces.
Minimum order quantity is 5kg and exclude carton charges.
Orders are required by 8am the day prior to dispatching on an overnight delivery service.
Diamond Shell Clams are harvested from the 3-5 metre surf zone and are naturally full of plump meat. They have a mild, sweet flavour and a crisp texture, and suit a broad range of preparations both raw and cooked.
