Vacuum packed to seal in its fresh flavour and moistness.
Produced in our local Nelson Smokehouse this product is smoked in the traditional manner. The fish is first brined before being smoked naturally using native woodchips (beech and manuka) for a distinctly kiwi flavour.
Preparation: Hot Smoked Jack Mackeral perfect is as is, on toast with cream cheese & pickles, warmed on the bbq or on a platter.
Shelf Life: Most of our fresh smoked products have a 28 day shelf life from pack date. Please refer to use by date on pack.
