Preparation: Can be prepared as sashimi, traditional nigiri sushi, boiled in soups and hot pots, or even grilled.  As a whole fish, eat the flesh from one side of the fish, then carefully lift up the back bone, it should come away with the other bones attached so you can eat the other side.  Product must be fully cooked prior to consumption.
