Fresh from Smokey Smokehouse, a small artisan producer located in Katikati who source fish locally and using a time proven recipe fillets are hot smoked using natural Manuka woodchips.

No artifical additives, no sugar and is gluten free.

Produced in our local Nelson Smokehouse this product is smoked in the traditional manner. The fish is first brined before being smoked naturally using native woodchips (beech and manuka) for a distinctly kiwi flavour.

Preparation: Hot Smoked Kahwai is perfect for salads, platters or turn into a wonderful smoked fish pate.

Shelf Life: Most of our fresh smoked products have a 28 day shelf life from pack date. Please refer to use by date on pack.
