Preparation: Kina is traditionally served raw, deep fried, or in a pie.

Shelf life: Best consumed on arrival or within 3 days from receiving product if defrosted.

Fish for your health: Kina is a good source of Iodine, Selenium, Vitamin B6 and VitaminA, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Riboflavin (vitamin B2) and Vitamin E.

Suggested wines: Champagne, Sauvignon Blanc, Chablis, and Pinot Noir are all great choices.  Choose a wine with high acidity and light body to complement the richness and creaminess of the Kina.
