Baby octopus can be marinated or seasoned, and are delicious either grilled or boiled.
They are also perfectly suited for all of your gourmet seafood salads. Commonly used in Italian, Spanish and Asian cooking.
Available either 20-40 pcs/kg or 40-60pcs/kg.
The octopus is a soft-bodied, eight-limbed mollusc of the order Octopoda. Around 300 species are recognised, and the order is grouped within the class Cephalopoda with squids, cuttlefish, and nautiloids
Preparation: Octopus, is often over looked as being too complicated to prepare and cook. However this is not the case and it makes a delicious Portuguese Salad which is quite simple to prepare.
Availability: Available year round while stocks last.
Shelf life: Best consumed on arrival or within 3 days from receiving product if thawed.
