Latin Name, Scarus Ghobban, Baby Parrot Fish is also known as Blue-Barred Parrotfish, Yellow Scale Parrotfish and Bluechin Parrotfish.  Baby Parrotfish is a species of marine ray-finned fish in the family Scaridae.

Preparation: Can be used in a variety of cooking methods including stews, fish soups and can also be fried with skin off. 

Product must be fully cooked prior to consumption.

Availability: All year round, while stocks last.

Shelf life: Best consumed on arrival or within 3 days from receiving product if defrosted.
