Sardines hold their strong flavour well when cooked, so they are well suited to rich dishes or sauces.
The dense texture means they hold their own in a rich tomato sauce or olive oil based dish.
Preparation: Can be cooked in a variety of ways but great BBQ'd.
Thaw prior to cooking. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Availability: All year round, while stocks last.
Shelf life: Best consumed on arrival or within 3 days from receiving product if defrosted.
