Preparation: Scallops are extremely versatile, they can be crumbed and deep fried, pan fried or used in any seafood dish.  Be careful not to overcook as you will end up with a harsh and rubbery scallop.

Availability:  All year round while stocks last.

Shelf life: Best consumed on arrival or within 3 days from receiving product if defrosted.
