Sea Perch Fillets Skinless Boneless Fillets Per Kg/Fresh

Sea Perch occur all around New Zealand. They can be found in waters from the shoreline out to depths of 1200m, but are most common at depths of 150-500m.

Sea Perch has a delicate flavour, with a moderately firm texture. The flesh is white, lean, moist and flaky.
