Skipjack Tuna have a dark red flesh with a medium texture.
The flavoursome flesh is well suited to stronger flavour profiles and seasonings.
Carton contains 10 x 1kg Packs. The 1kg packs contain 6-8 (2.5cm) Steaks
Preparation: The perfect steak is seared on the outside and deliciously rare on the inside. Cook for 90 seconds on the first side and 60 seconds on the other. Serve with your favourite sauce.
