Locally produced in our Nelson Smokehouse, this product is hot smoked naturally using native beech and manuka woodchips for a distinctly kiwi flavour.
Preparation: Enjoy on a platter, made into a Pate or in a tasty chunky salad with cous lettuce, pine nuts, flaked parmesan and diced capsicum with caeser dressing.
Shelf Life: Smoked Fish has a 28 day shelf life from pack date. Please refer to use by date on pack.
