Spiky Oreo Dory Fillets Skinless Boneless Per kg/Fresh

Smooth Oreo is closely related to the zeidae or true dory family. It is also known as Smooth Oreo, Spotted Oreo, Smooth Dory and New Zealand Smooth Dory. These fish are available all around New Zealand but are generally caught south of the Chatham Rise in depths of 600 to 1,200 metres.

Preparation: Oreo Dory are suitable for most cooking methods. These fillets can be breaded or battered then deep fried, oven baked, pan fried, sautéed or use in casseroles and curries.

Availability: All Year Round subject to catch and availability

Shelf life: Best consumed on arrival or within 3 days from receiving product.
