This product has been processed using latest technology in Seafood Processing. Using a Flavourless, Tasteless & Odourless Smoke this helps to stabilise the beautiful Southern Bluefin Tuna colour even when frozen, also helping to extend quality & shelf life.

Preparation: Simply slice and use in your sashimi dish. If you have to cook it, searing it in a hot pan works well, but be very careful not to over cook it. The high fat content is ideal for grilling, roasting and pan searing.

Fresh Tec Process
Each block goes through our Fresh-Tec process. Distinct from CO², this is an organic, odourless, flavourless cold smoking process. This helps keep the color and texture in perfect condition once defrosted, normal -18℃ freezing process is all that is needed.
