Squid Tubes also known as Calamari Tubes are the body of the squid, minus the tentacles, and are usually cut into rings or strips.
The flesh of Squid is firm, white, tender and shiny.
Squid is eaten in many cuisines. There are many ways to prepare and cook squid, with every country and region having its own recipes.
Preparation: Squid Tubes can be crumbed and fried or stuffed to make a lovely addition to your next Gourmet Dinner. All Squid should be cooked very fast (two minutes) or long (two hours) - anything in between may produce something very rubbery.
Shelf life: Best consumed on arrival or within 3 days from receiving product.
