Ono means 'good to eat' in Hawaiian. However, some believe the name derives from the exclamation of some fishermen, "Wahoo!" who have hooked into the extremely fast running fish.

Preparation: Wahoo is a very versatile fish.  Suitable for high-quality dishes like grilling, sashimi, and fish tacos, but its low fat content requires careful cooking to prevent drying out.

Shelf life: Best consumed on arrival or within 3 days from receiving product if defrosted.
