This product has been processed using latest technology in seafood processing. Using a flavourless, tasteless & odourless smoke this helps to stabilise the beautiful Bluefin Tuna colour even when frozen, also helping to extend quality & shelf life.
Preparation: Simply defrost in your fridge and add your favourite herbs, spices and flavours and pan-fry, air fry or BBQ.
Availability: All year round while stocks last.
Shelf life: Once defrosted use within 3 days.
